Giulia
Giulia is a devoted yoga practitioner and a passionate dancer. She is happy and thankful anytime she can express her creativity through movement. Her first yoga class (Iyangar) was the beginning of a revealing journey.
Through an intense practice of Yoga she could explore the refinement of asanas and the subtlety of breath. During this path of discovery, curiosity led her to investigate several yoga approaches. Great were the teachers she met in this process and each one of them contributed to give more clarity in all the different aspects of this precious discipline of Yoga.
Starting with “energizing yoga” and “gentle yoga” classes is a good option.
R : We often give different movement options so that each person can follow the lessons and evolve at their own pace.
